Marcus Carl, born 1966, has been an artists' manager since 1995. Following a master degree in history and international law from Bonn university and private voice tuition, Marcus learned his trade at the reknown Milan-based agency Walter Beloch, where he led the opera departement until 1999.

Subsequently, Marcus founded his own agency in Wiesbaden and created MUSICA Management in 2000. Other than managing his artists all over Europe with special emphasis on Germany, Italy and Scandinavia, Marcus is very much involved in touring activities. Successful tour clients include so far the Royal Opera Stockholm, the Finnish National Opera, the Staatstheater Karlsruhe, the Teatro Lirico di Cagliari, the Teatro Regio di Torino, the Parma Verdi Festival, the Piccolo Teatro Giorgio Strehler, Cloud Gate Dance Theatre, Latvian National Ballett, Prague State Ballet and many more.
